The Bolle di Neve cookies - Snow bubbles cookies - are soft biscuits made of almond paste and orange peels covered with powdered sugar. These cookies are produced by Padua prison inmates at Giotto social co-operative, a fine pastry making lab behind the jail walls. Palm oil free. Available in 200 gr cardboard box.

Biscuits with an evocative name, they will melt in your mouth like snowflakes.


The Bolle di Neve are soft cookies made with almond flour, orange peels and sugar.


You can enjoy them even with a good cup of coffee when you want to give yourself a break from work or after dinner with a sweet wine.


Palm oil free.


INGREDIENTS:

almond flour, sugar, egg whites, Orange paste (Orange peels, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, cornstarch, vanilla.
