The plums are grown in the orchards of Alba, they are harvested at the right point of ripeness and are processed within hours. To obtain the compote, plums are cooked with the open pot method with the addition of few fructose. 100 grams of jam are made with 225 grams of fresh plums. Available in a glass jar of 345 gr.

The plum compote without sugar uses only fruit harvested by hand at the right point of maturation.


Plums come from certified organic cultivation.

They are processed with only the addition of fructose within a few hours after collection.


The processing method to boiling called "uncover pot" enhances the flavor of the fruit and allows to obtain a compote which tastes like the fresh plum.


Plum compote is very easy to digest, low in calories and is perfect for a healthy breakfast or a delicious snack.


INGREDIENTS: Piedmont Plums, fructose.
It may contain fragments of hazels.

100 grams of jam are made with 225 grams of fresh plums.
