Plums come from certified organic cultivation.
They are processed with only the addition of fructose within a few hours after collection.
The processing method to boiling called "uncover pot" enhances the flavor of the fruit and allows to obtain a compote which tastes like the¬†fresh plum.
Plum compote is very easy to digest, low in calories and is perfect for a healthy breakfast or a delicious snack.
