Hollow, spaghetti-like pasta produced with Italian wheat only, whose varieties grow in the fields of Azienda Agricola Mancini.

Like all the Mancini pasta, these Bucatini are bronze drawn and slowly dried in static cells at low temperatures

This skilful workmanship gives the Bucatini a beautiful golden colour, the smell typical of grain and excellent cooking properties.


The best way to enjoy the Bucatini Mancini is according to the recipe "matriciana" or "amatriciana".

Bucatini go well with any sauce, thanks to their porosity and the richness of starch.

Mancini Bucatini have a diameter of 2.89 mm and a length of 26 mm and cook in only 6/7 minutes.


The Bucatini make us think of the city of Rome, in Lazio and of the typical recipe of "bucatini alla matriciana".

The traditional recipe envisages guanciale (cheek bacon), onion, skinned tomatoes, grated Pecorino cheese and chilli pepper.
