The Mezze Maniche are an Italian pasta made with a blend of different types of wheat grown exclusively in the Italian estate of the company.
The grain, once ground, is processed within a few days and the pasta is produced with working systems which respect the traditional craftsmanship.
The pasta is drawn through a bronze die in order to obtain a rugged surface which will hold any kind of sauce better and stays firm after cooking.
