QUICK COOKING: READY-TO-USE RAGOUTS WITH PASTA

Boil a big pot of salted water.

Throw the Benedetto Cavaliieri pasta in the boiling water, and stir.

Reserve 5 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it, put in a pan, and add the venison ragout and 5 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.

Mix quickly and sprinkle plenty of grated Italian Parmesan Cheese.

Now you are ready to serve it.

20 minutes to prepare one of your best quick cooking dishes.
