Benedetto Cavalieri Casarecci are shaped like the ancient hand-made macaroni.


They are an artisanal pasta produced withthe best durum wheat semolina.

This short pasta, as all Benedetto Cavalieri pasta, is produced with a processing method called ‚Äėdelicate‚Äô: a long kneading, a slow pressing, drawing and drying at a low temperature.


This process permits to preserve the nutritional values of the durum wheat, its taste and typical flavour and to secure a completely natural consistency.


A rather rustic pasta, the Casarecci perform best with a robust sauce.
