Librandi Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Carolea Monocultivar is a high quality product, with excellent chemical-organoleptic properties.

It is made exclusively from Carolea variety olives.

The olives, harvested between October and November, are selected, washed and milled within a few hours of harvest , in the company oil mill, located near the olive groves.
