At Riserva San Massimo, they plant authentic and controlled Carnaroli seeds to grow this Superfino grade Carnaroli Rice: a full superior quality rice.

Never sticky and staying firm after cooking, this Carnaroli rice can be used to cook superb rice dishes.

Each stage of this Superfino Carnaroli Rice processing, from threshing to packaging, is directly controlled by the farm, artisanally and still following the traditional methods.

Low-temperature desiccation avoids breaking the grains, which remain compact and tasty.

Small-batches hulling ensures maximum freshness and maintain all the organoleptic qualities.


BONAT PARMIGIANO REGGIANO CHEESE - 26/28 MONTHS MATURED

Azienda Agricola Bonati produces this Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese with the milk of its cows, which are fed with the hay harvested in the fields of Bonati Company, and originating a closed food processing chain.

26/28 month matured Bonat Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese was awarded again with the FIRST PRIZE "ALMA CASEUS 2016".


PISTILS OF ITALIAN SAFFRON 1gr

Using only six pistils, you will cook a great saffron rice.

The producer is located at Opi di Fagnano Alto, a small village inside the Sirente-Velino Regional Park in the province of L' Aquila.

In this mountainous area, at between 700 and 1000 meters, the harsh climate is favorable to the production of this spice, which has been cultivated here for over 5 centuries.

This family-run business grows the "Purest Saffron", a noble spice which comes from the "Crocus Sativus".

The 2000 square meters of land turned over to this cultivation yield 1.8kg of pure saffron.
