Brown Craft Natalis beer is an unpasteurized Italian beer specifically dedicated to Christmas and to the people who want to dream still.


This beer is made with selected ingredients:

Biellese water, malted barley, malted wheat, hops, spices, yeast and sugar.


TASTING

Dark hazel color.

At the nose is complex: predominance of spices, dried fruit and hints of cocoa and coffee.

In the mouth it is warm, enveloping and spicy.

It continues its fermentation in the bottle, and produces natural sediment.


Natalis beer releases all its character if enjoyed with friend's company on cold winter evenings.


Available from November to end of January in a glass bottle of 0,75 lt.

THE BREWERY "UN TERZO"

The brewery Un Terzo was founded by the three partners in 2009 in Candelo, Biella Province, .


Mr. Enirico Terzo, boasting a long history as a sommelier, is the Brewmaster who oversees with passion and professionalism, the excellent production of this little brewery.


The brewery is equipped with a 350 liter implant and five fermenters.

It produces traditional beers, top-fermented ales, Belgian and American inspired.


Besides these beers, the brewery also produces some avant-garde beers.


The small space where this micro brewery operates does not allow a big production, but the high quality of their products gave it an instant fame among lovers of craft beers and important awards.
